Please smoke outside, across the street, and dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers. Violation will result in a $250 fee. • Respectful Noise Levels 🔇: Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Excessive noise may result in the enforcement of local noise ordinances. • Washing Sheets 🛏️: Our professional cleaning team will handle all laundry tasks. Please do not wash the sheets before check-out; please place all used towels in the master bathtub. • Maximum Occupancy 👥: The maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone. • Respect for Property 🏡: Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or missing items immediately. Any issues caused by negligence will be the guest's responsibility. • Check-in and Check-out ⏳: Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible, but only upon request and subject to availability.
