Check-In and Check-Out Times

Standard times

Most properties managed by The Parcel Company use these standard times:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

These times allow enough buffer for the cleaning team to prepare the property between guests.

Why these times matter

The gap between check-out and check-in is when:

• The cleaning team does the turnover clean
• Any maintenance or repairs are handled
• The property is inspected and restaged

Early check-in or late check-out

Guests sometimes request early check-in or late check-out. We handle these requests on your behalf:

• If no guest is checking out/in the same day, we usually accommodate
• If there is a same-day turnover, we explain the timing to the guest
• We never compromise cleaning quality for early access

Changing your standard times

If you want to adjust the default check-in or check-out times for your property, send a message to the Parcel team. Keep in mind that shorter turnover windows may affect cleaning quality.
