The Parcel portal is fully responsive and works on any screen size.

Best experience

For the best mobile experience, install the Parcel app as a PWA (see "Installing the Parcel App on Your Phone"). This gives you:

• Full-screen experience without browser controls
• Push notifications
• Home screen icon for quick access
• Faster loading after the first visit

Mobile navigation

On mobile devices:

• The sidebar becomes a bottom navigation bar with key sections
• Tap the menu icon to access all navigation items
• Swipe down on most pages to refresh content (pull-to-refresh)

Tips for mobile use

• Rotate for charts: Revenue charts and calendars look better in landscape mode
• Use the command palette: Even on mobile, the search function helps you navigate quickly
• Save important pages: Bookmark frequently used pages in your mobile browser

Limitations on mobile

Some features work better on desktop:

• CSV export downloads may require a desktop browser to open properly
• Document signing is easier on a larger screen
• Rich text formatting in messages has more options on desktop

For the full experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop when you need to do detailed financial review or complete the onboarding wizard.
