Not Receiving Email Notifications
Missing email notifications
If you are not receiving emails from us, try these steps.
Check spam/junk folder
The most common cause. Check your spam or junk folder for emails from hello@theparcelco.com.
Add us to your contacts
Add hello@theparcelco.com to your email contacts or address book. This tells your email provider we are not spam.
Check notification settings
1. Go to Account in the portal 2. Scroll to Notifications 3. Make sure email notifications are turned on for the types you want
Email provider issues
Some email providers are more aggressive with spam filtering:
- Gmail: Check the Promotions and Updates tabs
- Outlook/Hotmail: Check the Focused vs. Other inbox
- Yahoo: Check the bulk mail folder
Corporate email filters
If you use a work email, your company's email server may be blocking our emails. Ask your IT team to whitelist hello@theparcelco.com.
Still not working?
Contact us at hello@theparcelco.com from a different email address. Include your registered email so we can investigate.
