Changing your password

You can change your password at any time from your account settings.

Steps

1. Go to Account in the sidebar 2. Scroll to the Security section 3. Click Change Password 4. Enter your current password 5. Enter your new password 6. Confirm your new password 7. Click Update Password

Password requirements

• At least 8 characters
• We recommend mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Do not reuse passwords from other services

Forgot your current password?

If you cannot remember your current password: 1. Sign out of the portal 2. Go to theparcelco.com/forgot-password 3. Follow the password reset flow

Security tip

Change your password if:

• You suspect someone else has access to your account
• You used the same password on another service that was compromised
• It has been more than a year since your last password change
