Updating Your Profile
Profile settings
Your profile information is used across the portal and in communications with the Parcel team.
Editing your profile
1. Go to Account in the sidebar 2. In the Profile section, you can update: - Full name - Phone number - Profile photo
Uploading a profile photo
1. Click the camera icon on your avatar 2. Select an image from your device 3. Crop and adjust the image 4. Click Save
Your profile photo appears in the portal sidebar and in messages.
Changing your email
Email changes require verification. To update your email: 1. Go to Account > Security 2. Enter your new email address 3. We will send a verification link to the new email 4. Click the link to confirm the change
Your old email will no longer work for logging in after the change is confirmed.
Name changes
If your legal name changes (marriage, legal name change), update it in your profile and notify the Parcel team so we can update your host agreement and tax documents.
