The host agreement
The host agreement is the contract between you and The Parcel Company that outlines the terms of our property management relationship.
What it covers
- Services provided: What we manage on your behalf
- Revenue split: How earnings are divided
- Term and termination: Length of agreement and how to end it
- Responsibilities: What we handle vs. what you are responsible for
- Insurance requirements: Coverage expectations
- Liability: Limitations and protections for both parties
How to sign
1. In the setup wizard, navigate to the Host Agreement step 2. Click View Agreement to read the full document 3. Review all sections carefully 4. Click Sign Agreement 5. You will be redirected to our signing partner (BoldSign) to add your digital signature 6. Once signed, a copy is automatically saved to your Documents section
Digital signature
We use BoldSign for secure digital signatures. Your signature is legally binding and the signed document is stored securely.

After signing
Once you sign the agreement and complete all other setup steps, your property moves to Active status and we begin listing it on booking platforms.
