Onboarding is the process of setting up your property with The Parcel Company. It covers everything from verifying your identity to signing your host agreement.
How it works
The onboarding wizard guides you through each step in order. You can save your progress at any time and pick up where you left off.

1. Welcome: An introduction to the process 2. Account: Confirm your personal details 3. Identity: Upload a government-issued ID 4. Address: Enter your property address 5. Basics: Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, capacity 6. Space: Describe the layout and unique features 7. Amenities: Select what is available 8. Photos: Upload property images 9. Rules: Set house rules for guests 10. Cleaning: Specify cleaning preferences 11. WiFi: Add network credentials for guests 12. Financial: Revenue split and billing details 13. Compliance: Local permits and licenses 14. Payout: Set up your bank account for payouts 15. W9: Tax information 16. Recommendations: Optional suggestions from our team 17. Host Agreement: Review and digitally sign your agreement 18. Review: Final review of all submitted information
How long does it take?
Most owners complete onboarding in 15 to 20 minutes. If you need to gather documents (like your W9 or property photos), it may take longer.

The wizard automatically saves your progress. If you close the browser or navigate away, you can come back and resume from where you stopped.
