Selecting amenities

Amenities are one of the top factors guests consider when booking. Make sure your listing accurately reflects what is available.

How to add amenities

1. In the setup wizard, navigate to the Amenities step 2. Browse through the categorized list of amenities 3. Toggle on everything that is available at your property 4. Click Continue

Common amenity categories

• Essentials: WiFi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer
• Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave
• Outdoor: Pool, hot tub, grill, patio, fenced yard
• Entertainment: TV, streaming services, game room
• Safety: Smart lock, security cameras (exterior only), smoke detectors
• Parking: Garage, driveway, EV charger
• Workspace: Dedicated desk, monitor, ergonomic chair

Updating amenities later

If you add new amenities to your property (like a hot tub or EV charger), send us a message through the portal so we can update your listings across all platforms.

Tips for better bookings

• Be thorough but honest; listing amenities you do not have leads to bad reviews
• Highlight unique amenities in your space description
• Seasonal amenities (like a pool) should note when they are available
