Cleaning setup
Proper cleaning between guests is critical for great reviews and repeat bookings.
Setting preferences during setup
1. In the setup wizard, navigate to the Cleaning step 2. Specify your cleaning preferences: - Standard turnover clean: The default for between guests - Deep clean frequency: How often a thorough cleaning should happen - Special instructions: Anything the cleaning team should know 3. Click Continue
What is included in a standard turnover clean
- All surfaces wiped and sanitized
- Bathrooms fully cleaned
- Kitchen cleaned including appliances
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Beds made with fresh linens
- Towels replaced
- Trash emptied
- General tidying and staging
Special instructions
Use this section for anything specific to your property:
- "Use the cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink"
- "The guest bedroom closet should have extra blankets on the top shelf"
- "Check the hot tub chemical levels after each guest"
- "Water the plants on the patio between stays"
Cleaning checklist
Once your property is active, you can view the cleaning checklist from your portal. This is the same checklist used by the cleaning team.
