Viewing Your Tasks

Tasks page

The Tasks section shows action items related to your property that need attention.

Accessing tasks

1. Go to Tasks in the sidebar 2. View all tasks organized by status

Task statuses

  • Open: Task needs attention
  • In Progress: Being worked on
  • Completed: Task is done
  • Cancelled: Task was cancelled

Task details

Each task shows:

  • Title and description
  • Priority level (low, medium, high)
  • Assigned date
  • Due date (if applicable)
  • Labels/categories
  • Subtasks (if any)
  • Comments and updates

Who creates tasks?

Tasks are created by the Parcel team for things like:

  • Maintenance items discovered during inspections
  • Follow-up actions from meetings
  • Seasonal preparation items (winterization, HVAC service, etc.)
  • Guest-reported issues that need owner attention

Responding to tasks

If a task requires your input or approval, you can add a comment directly on the task. The Parcel team will be notified.
