How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account

If you want to permanently delete your Parcel owner account, you can do so from the Account page.

Before you delete

Consider these important points:

  • Active properties: All properties must be deactivated before deletion. Contact us to handle any active listings.
  • Pending payouts: Any pending payouts will be processed before account deletion.
  • Outstanding bookings: All future bookings must be completed or properly cancelled.
  • Documents: Download any documents you need before deletion. Once deleted, you will lose access.
  • Data retention: Some financial records are retained for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years) even after account deletion.

How to delete

1. Go to Account in the sidebar 2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom 3. Click Delete Account 4. Read the confirmation message carefully 5. Type "DELETE" to confirm 6. Click Confirm Deletion

What happens next

  • Your account enters a 30-day grace period
  • During this period, you can contact us to reverse the deletion
  • After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently removed
  • Financial records required for tax compliance are retained securely
