A profile photo helps personalize your portal experience and makes communication more personal.

Uploading a photo

1. Go to Account in the sidebar 2. Click the camera icon on your current avatar (or the placeholder circle) 3. Select an image from your device 4. A cropping tool appears; adjust the crop area to frame your face 5. Click Save

Photo guidelines

• Use a clear, well-lit photo
• Face should be visible and recognizable
• Minimum resolution: 200 x 200 pixels
• Maximum file size: 5MB
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG

Removing your photo

To remove your photo and return to the default avatar: 1. Go to Account 2. Click the camera icon on your avatar 3. Select Remove Photo

Your photo is only visible to you and the Parcel team. It is not shown to guests.
