Key sections

Services: What The Parcel Company does for you, including listing management, guest communication, pricing, cleaning coordination, and financial reporting.

Term: How long the agreement lasts. Typically one year with automatic renewal unless either party gives notice.

Revenue split: The percentage breakdown of how booking revenue is divided between you and The Parcel Company.

Your responsibilities: Maintaining the property, keeping insurance current, paying property taxes, and notifying us of any changes that affect the listing.

Our responsibilities: Managing your property professionally, processing payouts on schedule, maintaining your listings, and providing regular reporting.
