Term: How long the agreement lasts. Typically one year with automatic renewal unless either party gives notice.

Revenue split: The percentage breakdown of how booking revenue is divided between you and The Parcel Company.

Your responsibilities: Maintaining the property, keeping insurance current, paying property taxes, and notifying us of any changes that affect the listing.

Our responsibilities: Managing your property professionally, processing payouts on schedule, maintaining your listings, and providing regular reporting.

Termination: How either party can end the agreement. Typically requires written notice with a specified lead time (e.g., 30 or 60 days).
