The management fee is the cost for The Parcel Company to manage your property on your behalf.
How fees are calculated
Your management fee is a percentage of the net booking revenue (gross revenue minus platform fees). The exact percentage is specified in your host agreement.
What the fee covers
Your management fee includes:
- Listing creation and optimization across all platforms
- Dynamic pricing adjustments
- Guest communication (inquiries, bookings, during-stay, reviews)
- Cleaning coordination
- Maintenance coordination
- Financial reporting and payout processing
- Compliance monitoring
- 24/7 guest support
When fees are deducted
Management fees are automatically deducted from each payout. You always see the breakdown in your Financials page, so you know exactly what was charged and why.
