Email communications
The Parcel Company sends emails for important account and property events.
Types of emails
Account emails:
- Welcome email after signup
- Email verification link
- Password reset links
- Security alerts (new login from unknown device)
Property emails:
- New booking confirmations
- Booking cancellation notices
- Payout processed confirmations
- Monthly performance summaries
Administrative emails:
- Host agreement sent for signing
- Document signing reminders
- Compliance deadline reminders
Email address
All emails come from hello@theparcelco.com. Add this address to your contacts to ensure emails do not go to spam.
Reducing email volume
You can control email notifications from Account > Notifications in the portal. In-app and push notifications can replace many email notifications if you prefer.
Unsubscribing
You can adjust email preferences in your account settings. Note that certain emails (security alerts, legal notices, tax documents) cannot be disabled as they are required for account and compliance purposes.
